Do not label a colleague's easy-going, affectionate bantering in the office as harassment.
Keep in mind is someone's humour intended to offend - if does talk it through with them as soon as possible.
Be prepared to defend others in the office who may be harassed by another in the job.
Raise issues of harassment immediately with the company directors.
Don't joke about sexual harassment.
Give the offender fair warning of your offence.
Remember both men and women are capable of feeling harassed.
