What is Resilience Coaching?
We look at resilience as an individual’s ability to be flexible in life and able to adapt to situations that present adverse conditions. Resilient Coaching helps you learn to not dwell on failures, but rather to acknowledge situations for what they are, find int4ernal strength to embrace the emotional difficulties and move forward.
What do I get out of the process?
Using a flexible proactive coaching approach, you will be guided through a strategy where you will able to:
Make a conscious decision to develop a resilience lifestyle;
Assume responsibility for the quality of your life;
Identify areas that need development so you can make changes to enhance your personal resilience;

How to focus one’s emotional energies wisely so that you can find time to revitalise and reenergise oneself so that you have energy reserves to confront times of aversity.
How does it work?
Spread out over a series of 12-sessions each coaching strategy works specifically with individual needs, so we tend to start the process defining some areas of weakness. Once we have identified the areas that require working on you will be guided through a series of real-time learning strategies to help you better understand psycho-educative based conversations with your coach.
In essence the coaching model follows a process of retrospective learning with experiential based exercises to help you grow as an individual while mastering a resilient mindset.
