A question like this will give you some insight into the level of passion the candidate has…

The content of the answer is less important than the enthusiasm of the response. Listen to the passion in their voice, watch the animation of their face, eyes and hand movements.

Why is this a good question? It will help you better understand the levels of passion the candidate can muster within themselves; which is a good gauge as to how much of self-starter they are and really how emotive they can be about things that are of interest to them.
