When thinking about our company is there anything you really like, or anything that concerns you?

This question really helps your double check how tuned into your organisation that candidate is and don’t be offended if they share stuff that gives them reason to think twice before accepting any possible job offer.

The answer to the second part of the question can help you in two ways (i) it could provide some really powerful independent observations about your firm; and (ii) it will give you some guidance on whether or not your company can provide a space that will help the candidate shine (and shining team players are a very real asset to any company).
